The rates for spa treatments are the subject of agreements between the health insurance organizations and the spa establishments.
The cure is priced on the basis of packages: PHL 1 AND PHL 2 in phlebology. It is the spa doctor who determines the package adapted to your case.


Our establishment practices third-party payment for social security, the insured will be exempted from the advance of treatment costs.

- for policyholders covered at 100%, no advance of costs is therefore requested, apart from the additional tariff.

- for insured persons covered at the usual rate (65%), only the co-payment and the tariff supplement (difference between the actual costs and the amount of the social security reimbursement) must be paid.

Without coverage during the spa stay, the insured will not be able to benefit from third-party payment and will have to advance all treatment costs (in this case, he will contact his fund to obtain reimbursement.



THERMAL PRICES

In accordance with article L.162-39 of the social security code, spa establishments apply tariffs which cannot exceed the Invoicing Limit Prices, defined by therapeutic orientation.
Reimbursement of care is made up to 65% on the basis of the Fixed Liability Rates.
The difference between the price charged by the thermal establishment and the reimbursement granted by the Health Insurance, constitutes the rest payable by the spa client or his complementary health insurance. It is made up of the co-payment of 35% and a supplement, the latter being covered or not depending on the type of contract taken out with the complementary health insurance.
NB: only the Fixed Liability Tariffs can be applied to beneficiaries of CMU-C or ACS who can certify their rights.
