AQUACERT HACCP Thermalism is an undeniable quality assurance standard for our spa guests: it guarantees the quality and health safety of all our thermal products.

Since 2010 our establishment has been certified for the quality of its products, hospitality and service. This certification, developed in 2009, is based on the HACCP method and aims to guarantee the health safety of thermal products. The Aquacert hydrotherapy standard validated by the Ministry of Health, professionals and consumers is a process for controlling health risks in thermal establishments, in order to respond to a health safety issue for our products (Dax mineral water, Peloid de Dax, massage balm and CO2 gas). Our establishment is audited each year by an expert from AES certification who assesses our skills and our optimal control of health risks.

The management system that we deploy is reflected in the field in particular by the implementation of a health control program, the traceability of thermal products and the monitoring of critical points.
